Yossi Piamenta
Event inquiry form
Yossi is a self-taught musician who would turn on the Jerusalem radio and play along. That’s how he learned how to play. He used money from gigs to buy the best audio equipment, international albums and music magazines. Yossi’s self-acquired education led him to become one of the most skillful and original guitarists on the Jewish and secular music scene. Yossi’s original style is best described as a hint of jazz, a drop of blues, and a whole lot of rock 'n' roll filtered through a purple haze of Oriental funk.
With 6 official studio albums and appearances at the most distinguished venues in the world, the Piamenta Band is the most requested name in Jewish events. Piamenta Management is planning a tour of colleges and universities. As far as plans for the near future, the Piamenta Band will be working on producing an album with Eddie Kramer, the engineer who cut albums for Jimi Hendrix, Led Zeppelin, The Rolling Stones, KISS and more. Piamenta will soon be a household name, God willing.

Heedosh
Event inquiry form
As its name implies, the music of this new band is something of a revelation. The brainchild of two Israeli Yemenite brothers, Yahav and Yaniv Tsaidi, Heedoosh performs deeply personal, spiritual Jewish rock music that pulls no punches.
The songs are of breathtaking beauty and complexity, rooted in sacred text and combined with contemporary verses gilded with a true rock edge influenced by Stone Temple Pilots, Radiohead, Coldplay and Oasis- a mix of hard rock and brit-pop with Hebrew lyrics and Jewish themes. The songs hold fast to their rock roots and their Jewish sources without compromising any integrity on either front.
The soul-searching themes of thier poignant songs are not afraid to address the foundations of faith nor express their longing for redemption. In a swirling vortex of a world filled with confusion, Heedoosh is a musical vidui, a lyrical confession that reaches out to the unknown for answers with a completely unique style and a new discovery on an ancient text: a Heedoosh.
Heedoosh’s original Jewish rock music appeals to secular and religious audiences, young and old, American and Israeli.

Moshav
Event inquiry form
Raised in Israel on Moshav Meor Modi’im, a musical village in the hills between Jerusalem and Tel Aviv, Yehuda (vocals, percussion), Duvid (vocals, guitar), and Yosef (vocals, bass) learned and played music since childhood. Their American parents had com to Israel in 1972 – just in time for the Yom Kippur war. They settled on a Moshav- a similar lifestyle to a kibbutz but with more autonomy and independence for the family – where their children were born and raised.
“When we were growing up”, explains Duvid, “the only electrical appliance in the house was a record player. So, while American kids might be growing up watching television and playing video games, we were growing up listening to music.” The music they listened to were the records their parents had brought with them – Bob Dylan, Van Morrison, Neil Young – and the music, combined with the beat poets they read and embraced continues to influence their songwriting. The particular Moshav that was home to the members of the band dad beed founded by Rabbi Shlomo Carlebach, himself a musician, and the young men performed with Rabbi Shlomo Carlebach a well as on their own.
