I'm a NYC-based stand-up comedian, who is into sports (especially baseball), muscle cars, computers, partying, helping people, hanging out with friends, reading, TV, travelling around the country and around the world, and writing. I've written a sitcom, comedy sketches, and am working on a movie. I hope to soon break the Guinness World Record for the most jokes told in one hour. I cover the comedy scene for several magazines.
I have also done extensive baseball research, which can be found at the National Baseball Hall of Fame Library, the Society for American Baseball Research, Baseball Ink, the Canadian Baseball Hall of Fame, and in several books, including Total Baseball.
I enjoy meeting new people, which happens constantly.

Esther Rachel Russell

Esther Rachel Russell, MA is a screenwriter, performer, laughter therapist and the creator of the Comedy Improvisation Workshop:To Break Through Boundaries. Most recently, she performed in the acclaimed off-Broadway comedy, A Match Made in Manhattan - The Interactive Jewish Wedding Experience where she played the role of Rivky Lowenstein, mother of the bride. Her improv comedy career began at the famous Groundlings Theater in Los Angeles where she wrote and performed in numerous comedy sketches. Esther Rachel is the writer/producer of the internationally acclaimed one-man show Gathering the Sparks starring her husband, actor/comedian Reuven Russell and has recently written and directed the cutting-edge documentary Shame, Shanda & Silence. Currently, Esther Rachel is an adjunct professor of Screenwriting at Stern College in New York City. In her previous incarnation, she worked on various television sets in Hollywood as a producer of Lifestyles of the Rich & Famous, Benson and Wheel of Fortune. She received her Master's degree in Theater at NYU.

Reuven Russell

Reuven Russell, an accomplished actor and comedian, with an extensive theatrical background has been seen on ER, and the feature films, Chaplin, Inside Monkey Zetterland and The Proprietor. He originated the role of Hersh in the stage debut of The Quarrel. He has toured nationally in Neil Simon’s The Sunshine Boys starring Mickey Rooney and Donald O’Connor. His one-man show, Gathering the Sparks has played to audiences in over 100 cities around the world. He can currently be seen in the film, Advice and Dissent with Eli Wallach and Rebecca Pidgeon, and the children’s video series, The Adventures of Agent Emes.
A graduate of the Yale School of Drama, he is currently the director of theater studies at Stern College. A husband and father of five, Reuven is the son of comedian and Jewish humorist Joey Russell.
